11th May 1886 Rifle Range Kings Park back in action

“The Rifle Range at the back of Kings Park, had been closed for several months due to complaints of stray bullets. Several alterations have now been made to prevent bullets going over the hill” and the Range has now been reopened to the “great satisfaction of the Volunteers, whose competitions have all been delayed.”
